夹具CAD中元件设计方法的研究与实践

【摘要】 介绍了一种新的夹具元件设计方法。该方法通过定义基准图和关键参数,经比例变换获得新视图,不需编制参数化绘图程序,又能部分反映元件的实际尺寸,是对夹具元件设计方法的有益补充。

【Abstract】 A new design method of the fixture elements is introduced. By means of this method, the drawing of an element is generated by the transformation of its base drawing on its key parameters in proportion. The method does not need parametric design program and can partly reflect the element’ s real dimension. It is a useful supplement of the design methods of the fixture elements.
