【Abstract】 The appearance of the conception of plate tectonics in 1960 marked a revolutionary era of earth sciences. Since then plate tectonics theory have achieved great developments.But,related to this theory some problems and shortcoomings have also emerged.It is getting into problems on oceans and cotinents.With the exception of this,it is also faced some insoluble mystery in both the palaeomagnetism and the palaeoclimatology.With the deep going research and the development of new techniques,it is possible to find out a new global theory to replace the theory of plate tectonics.更多还原
