【摘要】 利用光镜和透射电镜，观察了２只东方白鹳腔上囊的组织结构。东方白鹳腔上囊壁内的淋巴小结多呈扁椭圆形，皮质与髓质各位于小结的一侧，中间区呈窄条状，位于小结中间。多见２～３个淋巴小结对合成一个淋巴小叶，小叶中间是淋巴小结的髓质，两侧或周围是淋巴小结的皮质。淋巴小结的髓质外侧表面衬有单层上皮。小叶内淋巴小结之间有窄的腔隙。东方白鹳腔上囊壁内的淋巴组织结构与家禽类明显不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 The histological structure of the bursae cloacalis (bursae of Fabricius) on the Oriental White Stork was observed by microscope and electron microscope. In the wall of the bursae cloacalis there are a lot of lymphatic nodules which are oblate and elliptical. The cortical area is located at a side of the lymphatic nodule and medullary area at another side. The mid area which is narrow is located at the middle of the lymphatic nodule. Two of lymphatic nodules combine each other, which form into a lymphatic lobule. The middle part of the lobule consists of the medullary substances of the two lymphatic nodules and the two sides consist of cortexes. On the medullary substance surface, there is a small and narrow gap between the two lymphatic nodules. The differences on lymphatic tissue of bursae cloacalis was observed between the Oriental White Stork and the Fowl.更多还原
