【Abstract】 Prodcuing carotenoids by microorganism atlached importance to more and more people recent years. This article based on the study of carotenoids produced by Rhodotorula by using orthogornal designs, to choose the best cultural condition and medium. Under the best conditions the yield of carotenoids is about 0.345 mg·g -1 dry cell. The biomass is 2.50 g·100 mL -1 culture medium.更多还原
