SiCp/LY12复合材料微屈服强度的研究

【摘要】 以三种颗粒体积分数(35%、45%、55%)的SiCp/LY12复合材料为对象,详细研究了固溶+时效及固溶+循环两类热处理工艺对微屈服强度的影响。结果表明,循环处理有不利影响,相反,时效处理能明显提高微屈服强度,增强相颗粒体积分数的增加会加剧循环处理的不利影响,但能够促进时效强化作用。

【Abstract】 The effects of both cycling and aging treatments on the microyield strength of three particle volume fractions (35,45,and 55%) of SiCp/LY12 composite materials were re-searched. Results of the studies showed that the cycling heat treatment was harmful to microyield strength, in contrast, proper aging would increase microyield strength of the nnaterial. The effects of increasing SiCp particle volume fraction on the microyicld strength showed the different tendency for cycling treatment and aging treatment.
