钛酸钡(BaTiO3)膨胀系数及空隙对其介电常数的影响

【摘要】 本文研究钛酸钡(BaTiO3)膨胀系数随温度变化的行为。结果表明在钛酸钡的三个相变温度点(120℃、8℃、-80℃)处,热膨胀系数反常变化,我们认为相变温度为-80℃处的热膨胀反常是因钛酸钡BaTiO3中对称元“Ti—Ba—Ti”的静态畸变造成。同时本文讨论了BaTiO3中空隙对其介电常数的影响。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we discussed the behaviour of Expansion coefficient of the samples depending on temperature. Results showed that expansion coefficient exhibited anomalous behaviours, which at the -80℃ transition phase point temperature that are caused by Jahn Teller of "Ti—Ba—Ti—"on Barium Titanate, at same time, we also discussed that dielectric constant affected by the rate of vacancy on barium titanate.
