喷雾热分解法 Y2O3-ZrO2 超细粉末的制备
PREPARATION OF Y 2O 3-ZrO 2 ULTRAFINE POWDERS BY SPRAY PYROLYSIS
【摘要】 以金属盐溶液为原料,采用喷雾热分解法制备了Y2O3-ZrO2(YSZ)超细粉末。利用XRD、TEM、BET以及激光粒度仪等技术测定了其相组成、结构、比表面积、粒径以及粒径分布。研究了工艺条件对YSZ粉末性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Y 2O 3-ZrO 2(YSZ) ultrafine powders were prepared from the water solution of metal salts by spray pyrolysis. By means of XRD,TEM, BET and LS particle size analyser, the YSZ powder charactistics such as powder crystallinity, the specific surface area, particle size and its distribution were examined. The effect of spray pyrolysis process parameters on the properties of as-prepared powders was also studied.
