【Abstract】 The causes of 65MnTi wire fracture in drawing process are found out through analysis and test of metallographic structures and fracture morphology of wire fractured in drawing process,giving bedrock principles for development of controlled cooling technology,based on the production practice in the wire rod plant.Comparative test for different controlled cooling technological parameters are made,improving the original controlled cooling technology,determining the new technological parameters meeting the requirement of 65MnTi wire quality.更多还原
