【摘要】 为科学评定毒瘾消对海洛因戒断综合征的治疗作用和主要副反应,对435例海洛因成瘾者进行10天的脱毒治疗。设盐酸洛非西啶对照试验48例,采用单育试验,应用国际通用的测量方法客观评定疗效和不良反应。结果提示:毒瘾消胶囊对戒断症状的治疗作用优于盐酸洛非西啶,副作用明显小于盐酸洛非西啶,安全范围更大,作用时间更长,费用较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four - hundred thirty - five cases of heroin addicts were treated for their quitting symptoms for 10 days so as to assess the efficacy and side - effects for its treatement. Forty - eight cases were treated by Lofesibine hydrate as control. The tests were performed by single blindmethod on conventional basis. Results showed that the Duyinxiao capsule yielded effects superior to that of control group, also with less side - effect. Moreover, its effect lasted longer, with cheaper cost and safer application.更多还原
