【摘要】 中药细辛历来视为治顽痹之要药,而自古以来就有“用不过钱”之说。我们重用细辛治疗晚期重症类风湿性关节炎(RA)40例,并与用常规剂量细辛治疗30例,作对照观察研究。结果治疗组总显效率为45.0％,总有效率90.0％,而对照组则分别为26.7％和73.3％。另外,晨僵时间、关节疼痛总数及指数、关节肿胀总数及指数、双手平均握力、20米行速、关节功能指数等8项指标,治疗组明显为优(P<0.01),且未见明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a regular remedy for stubborn Bi - syndrome (arthritis), Herba Asari is traditionally applied in a dosage not exceeding 1 qian. We applied a heavy dose of Herba Asari for the treatment of 40 cases of late severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with another group of 30 cases treated by regular dosage as control for comparison. Results showed that the total effective rate and markedly effective rate for the treatment group were 90% and 45% respectively, while that for the control group, 73. 3% and 26. 7% respectively. The 8 indices. including time of morning stiffness, total number and index of joint pain, total number and index of joint swelling, holding force of both hands, 20 -meter walking speed, joint functional index in the treatment group were all superior to the control group (P<0. 01).
