【摘要】 观察了北豆根总碱对大鼠腹腔肥大细胞组胺释放的影响。结果表明,北豆根总碱能抑制化合物48/80诱导的大鼠腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒释放组胺,其抑制作用与剂量呈量效关系。提示:北豆根总碱能稳定肥大细胞膜,阻止其脱颗粒释放各种活性介质,从而发挥拮抗Ⅰ型变态反应的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of total alkaloids of menispermum dauricum (TAMD) on the release of histamine from rat peritoneal mast cells induced by compound 48/80 was investigated.The results shiw that TAMD could inhibit the release of histamine from rat peri- toneal mast cells in dose-dependent manner,suggesting that TAMD could stabilize the membrane of mast cells and inhibit mast cells degranulstion,thus antagonize type-Ⅰ allergic reaction.更多还原
