【摘要】 观察了益气活血中药对老年大鼠延缓衰老作用的影响。结果表明:益气活血中药能改善脑、肝、肾组织血流量;调整脑多巴胺、T₃、T₄及睾酮的量;减少脑、心等细胞内脂褐素沉积;改善器官组织的退化性变,如神经原纤维减少,睾丸曲精细管生精上皮消失等有明显好转或趋于正常。提示益气活血中药有明显延缓衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of tonifiying Qi and activating blood（TQAB）of Chineseherbal medicine on delaying old rat senility was observed. Theresults showed that TQAB could increase the blood flow in the liver andkidney,regulate the contents of dopamine,T₃,T₄ and testosterone,decrease intracellular lipofuscin sludging in the heart and brain,improve the retrograde degeneration of organs, such as the decrease ofneurofibril,and disappear epithelial cells of spermatogenesis inconvoluted seminiferons tubules of testicle. These results indicated that TQAB has obvious effect on delaying senility.更多还原
