【摘要】 应用术中经食管超声心动图（ＴＥＥ）观察了１１９例心脏、大血管病患者的手术全过程，对１１项心功能指标进行测量和计算，并将ＴＥＥ插管后所测ＥＦ与术前经胸超声心动图（ＴＴＥ）及心导管检查的ＥＦ值进行了比较。结果表明：ＴＴＥＥＦ＞心导管ＥＦ，Ｐ＞０．０５；ＴＴＥＥＦ＞术中ＴＥＥＥＦ，Ｐ＜０．０１；心导管ＥＦ＞术中ＴＥＥＥＦ，Ｐ＞０．０５。术中ＴＥＥＥＦ值与心导管ＥＦ值间的相关系数ｒ＝０．７２。更多还原

【Abstract】 We measured 11 indexes of heart function of 119 patients with heart and main blood vessel diseases using transesophageal echocardiography ( TEE ) during operation,and comparde EF measured by TEE was higher than the EF measured by cardiac catheter ( P >0 05),the EF measured by TTE with EF measured by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and cardiac catheter before operation.The results suggested that the EF measured by TTE was higher than the EF measured by TEE during operation ( P <0 01),and the EF measured by cardiac catheter was higher than the EF measured by TEE (P>0 05) .The correlation coefficient of EF measured by TEE during operation and EF measured by cardiac catheter was 0 72(r=0 72).更多还原
