狼毒大戟萜类和蒽醌类化合物的分离鉴定

【摘要】 从狼毒大戟根中首次分得两个萜类化合物和一个蒽醌类化合物,经物理常数和光谱分析鉴定为boehmerone(Ⅰ)、16α,17-二羟基阿替生-3-酮(ent-16α,17-dihydroxy-atisan-3-one,Ⅱ)和大黄素甲醚(physcion,Ⅲ)。

【Abstract】 In this paper, two terpenoides and one anthraquinone are isolated from the roots of Euphorbia fis-cheriana. Their structures are mdentified by combination of physical constants and spectrum analysis as boehmerone (Ⅰ), ent-16a, 17-dihydroxy-atisan-3-one (Ⅱ ) and physcion (Ⅲ). They are found in the plant for the first time.
