【摘要】 62例功能性消化不良（FD）患者随机分为胃舒康治疗组32例和吗丁啉组30例．治疗1月.分别观察其疗效及对治疗前后血浆盲动素（MTL）、血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体（抗HPIgG）的影响。结果：治疗组的近期临床治愈率为43．8％，总有效率为93．8％．优于吗丁啉组的16.7％、80.0％（P＜0．05）。治疗后治疗组血浆MTL阻显升高，血清抗HPIgG显著下降．与治疗前相比有显著性差异（P＜0．01）；而吗了批组MTL水平、掠HPIgG滴度较治疗前均无明显变化（P＞0.05）、提示胃舒康治疗FD取得较好疗效的机制可能是促进内源性MTL释放．从而加速胃排空和清除HP.更多还原

【Abstract】 62 patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) were divided randomly into two groups:in therapeutic group 32 cases were trcated with Weishukang and in control group 30 cnses treatedwith Motilium for one month. Therapeutic effect of two medicines and their effect on plasmamotilin(MTL ) and serum anti-helicobacter pylon immunoglobulin (anti-HP IgG ) were observedbefore and after treatment. Results: in therapeutic group recent clinical cure rate is 43. 8%. totaleffective rate is 93. 8%. Those ratcs are better than that in control group (16. 7%. 80. 0%.respectively ) (P<0. 05). After treatment, plasma MTL higher and serum anti-HP IgG was lowerthan before treatment in the therapeutic group. There were significant difference before and aftertreatment (P0.01 ). But in control group MTL level and titcr of anti-HP IgG has not evidentchange be fore and after treatment (P > 0. 05 ). Our results suggest that mechanism ofWeishukang is to promote release of endogenous MTL, therefore to hasten emptying stomach andcleaning HP.更多还原
