【摘要】 化瘀祛痰中药利胃复胶囊（简称利胃复）治疗痰瘀胃痛型胃炎．结果：治疗组100例．临床治愈81例，有效15例，临床治愈率81．0％，总有效率96．0％。对照组29例．临床治愈率12例．有效9例．临床治愈率41．4％．总有效率72．4％，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05），实验表明利胃复胶囊能增加胃粘膜血流量，减少胃内胆酸和胃酸，抑制幽门螺杆菌，促进醋酸溃疡模型愈合．抵抗纯酒精对胃粘膜的损伤，对肠胃返流性胃炎胃粘膜有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 129 stomachache patients caused by the phlegm and blood stasis were treated for 28-56 days. 100 cases in the therapeutic group were treated with Liwuifu capsule. 29 casas in the control group with metociopramide. The results showed that the total effective rate and the clinical curative rate were 96. 0% and 81. 0% in the former;but 72. 4% and 41. 4 % in the later group. The clinical curative rate in the therapeutic group was higher than that of the control group (P <0. 05). The experimental study showed that the Liwuifu capsule has a better effect in increasing the gastric mucosa , blood flow,reducing cholic acid and gastric acid,inhibitingHP, healing the model of aceticacid ulcer and resist injurying gastric mucosa by the pure alcohol.更多还原
