薄层荧光扫描法测定参茸近视康复片中藁本内酯的含量
Determination of Ligustilide Content in Senrong Jinshikangfu Tablet by TLCF Scanning
【摘要】 样品经甲醇提取，在硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以石油醚（６０～９０℃）—乙酸乙酯（９．５∶０．５）展开，激发波长λＥＸ＝３１３ｎｍ，线性范围１～８μｇ，平均回收率１０１．３％，ＲＳＤ＝３．２％。
【Abstract】 Ligustilide in the samples was isolated with methanol,and then, the extract was developed on thin layer plates of gel G with the mobile phase consisting of petroleum ether(60～90℃)-ethylacetate (9 5∶0 5) . Determinations were carried out with Shimadzu CS-930 TLC scanner with λ EX =313nm.The linear range was 1～8μg and average recovery of ligustilide from the samples was 101 3% with RSD=3 2%
