隐孢子虫卵囊分离纯化方法的比较研究

【摘要】 本文对分离纯化隐孢子虫卵囊的四种方法进行了比较研究，结果显示硫酸锌漂浮—耐酸滤过漏斗法具有操作简便、经济、纯化效果好等优点。适合国内普通实验室使用。

【Abstract】 In this study, four methods of isolation and purification of C. parvum oocysts were compared. The result indicated that ZnSO4 floatation-filtration methed exhibit advantages of very simple,economic and highly erricaciousrate of recovery, and especially is useful for ordinary laboratory in China.
