【摘要】 分析了API滤失试验的缺点和确定泥饼质量的关键因素,介绍了用泥饼强度、泥饼渗透率和泥饼厚度评价泥饼质量的试验方法。讨论了泥饼质量评价参数对钻井工艺和油气层保护的指导意义。通过对吐哈丘陵油田两口井泥饼质量的评价,结果表明该试验方法能对井下泥饼质量作出正确评价,而且钻井液颗粒粒径分布对泥饼质量有很大影响,可通过调整钻井液颗粒粒径分布形成薄而致密的泥饼。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disadvantage of API filtration test to evaluate mud cake quality is analyzed. A method, taking mud cake strength, permeability and thickness as main evaluation factors is introduced. Applications in two wells of Turpan-Hami oil field indicate that this method is effective ,these evaluation factors are useful for drilling operation and for mation damage control. It is shown that mud cake with good quality can be got by adjusting the distribution of mud particle size.更多还原
