矿物填充聚合物的分散性研究

【摘要】 本文对方解石等六种矿物填充聚合物的分散性以及分散性对复合物力学性能的影响进行了研究。研究表明,矿物填料在填充聚合物体系中实质上并没有形成真分散,大多呈现假分散状态,方解石等六种矿物填充聚合物在填充量较低时(<10wt%)填料分散性一般较好,填充复合物的力学性能下降较小;但随着矿物填充量的增加,填料的附聚作用逐渐增强,附聚粒径变大,从而降低了填料在填充体系中的分散,填充复合物的力学性能降幅较大。因此,矿物填料的分散性对填充聚物的力学性能有重要的影响。

【Abstract】 dispersion features and dispersion affecting mechanical properties of polymer compounds filled with six kinds of mineral fillers have been studied in this paper. It is shown that mineral fillers are not really dispersed in polymer filled systems. in fact, most of then occur in false (pseudo) -dispersions. And six kinds of mineral fillers are usually dispersed well with low capacities of mineral filled polymer systems (<10 wt% ), and mechanical properties of polymer compounds are decreased slightly (or not decreased); But. with the increasing filled capacities of mineral fillers (> 30 wt% ) the aggregations of minecal fillers get more stronger and aggregation grain size of mineral fillers is more greater, So, dispersions of mineral fillers get lower in these filled polymer systems and mechanical properties of polymer compounds are decreased obviously.Above all, dispersions of mineral fillers in filled polymer sytems are more important to enhance and improve mechanical properties of polymer compounds filled with mineralfillers.
