【摘要】 目的:探讨鞘膜囊内注射药物后对睾丸生长发育的影响。方法:将5周龄 Wistar 大白鼠40只,随机分成4组,用手术解剖出右睾丸后,分别将其浸泡于99%乙醇、30%尿素、5%四环素、生理盐水溶液内5分钟,然后放回阴囊。喂养2个月,再分别切取各组睾丸进行重量、体积及组织学等检查。结果:显示乙醇、尿素、四环素溶液组的睾丸不但其重量和体积明显低于生理盐水组。而且组织学上也有明显的损害。结论:鞘膜囊内注射药物对幼鼠睾丸造成了损害。提示不宜进行鞘膜囊内注射药物治疗小儿鞘膜积液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research whether the intravaginal injection therapy for hydrocele damages the testes.Methods:Forty Wisar rats(5 weeks old)were divided equally into 4 groups. All of the right testis were temporarily moved from the scrotum and immersed in 99% alchol (Group 1),30% urea(Group 2),5% Tetracycline(Group 3)and normal saline(Group 4,con- trol group)for 5 minutes.The weight,volume and histologic changes under light microscopy were observed on two months later.Results:As compared with Group 4,the development of testes were significantly damaged in Group 1,2,and 3.Conclusions:The authors stress the scle- rotherapy is harmful to the development of the testes and should not be used.更多还原
