红麻秆芯碱性H2O2机械浆制浆及漂白工艺的研究

【摘要】 研究了红麻秆芯碱性Ｈ２Ｏ２机械浆预处理和磨浆工艺。预处理Ｈ２Ｏ２用量２％，ＮａＯＨ用量６％的条件下，磨后浆白度５５．６％ＳＢＤ。经Ｈ２Ｏ２单段漂白，Ｈ２Ｏ２用量２．１％时，可漂到６６．９％ＳＢＤ；Ｈ２Ｏ２用量２．７％时，可漂到７０．１％ＳＢＤ。

【Abstract】 Bleaching of KP Amur Silver Grass pulp with less chlorine was studied.The results show that adding small amout of H 2O 2 in E stage in CEH sequence the brightness of bleached pulp increases obviously.In CEpH and EpHP sequences with less active chlorine in C and H stages,pulp brightness can remain the same level as in CEH bleaching and physical strength of bleached pulp has somewhat increase while organic chloride in effluent is reduced greatly.
