【Abstract】 The contents of myristicin and safrol in the volatile oil of nutmeg and its processed products were determined by HPLC. This method is fast, accurate and gives good resolution. It has also been confirmed that myristicin tends to decrease in varying degrees after the nutmeg has been processed.更多还原
