【摘要】 实验用家兔２０只，结扎冠状动脉左室支造成急性心肌缺血，随机将实验动物分电针组和非针组。观察结果：１）心肌缺血２０分钟，血中ＮＥ含量呈有意义地上升；而５－ＨＴ和Ｅ则未见明显变化，可能与高峰值出现时间不同有关。２）电针之前针刺组和非针组动物血中单胺递质含量变化无组间差异，说明电针作用是在动物相近条件下进行的。３）电针“内关”穴可有意义地降低血中ＮＥ的水平，说明电针的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 20 rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia caused by ligation of the left ventricle branch of coronary artery were assigned to electroacupuncture group and nonelectroacupuncture group. Results indicated that (1 )At 20 min of myocardial ischemia plasma NE content increased significantly and 5-HT and E did not have obvious change,which were related possibly to the hours of occurring their peak values. (2 ) Before electroacupuncture there was no difference between the two groups in contents of plasma monoamine neurotransmmiters, indicating that the experimental states of the animals were similar. (3 ) Electroacupuncture of Neiguan point (PC6) reduced significantly plasma NE level, showing the regulative action of electroacupuncture.更多还原
