降解木素酶和降解木聚糖酶的生物漂白及机理

【摘要】 应用实验室选育出的降解木素和降解木聚糖菌株产生的酶液对桉木(Eucalyptus)硫酸盐浆进行生物漂白。酶处理的结果显示,酶降低纸浆的卡伯值,提高白度,而对粘度降低较少。GC和FTIR分析表明,经酶处理后,纸浆中的发色基团和助色基团减少,阿拉伯糖和木糖含量降低,桉木KP浆木素碳水化合物复合物(LCC)的木素-阿拉伯糖基及木素-木糖基结合键断裂,并活化木素分子的芳香环结构,促进木素的溶出,提高了纸浆的白度和可漂性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, biobleaching of eucalyptus kraft pulp with enzymes was studied. The enzymes employed were produced from the following strains screened in our laboratory: Ⅰ-5-6,Ⅰ-5-23 and Ⅰ-3-11 (for degrading lignin) and Hcr 14 producing enzymes (for degrading hemicellulose). Results showed that xylanolytic and lignolytic enzyme treatment proved to be helpful in promoting pulp brightness with less loss in viscosity. The effect of combinations of enzymes such as Lip and Laccasse on pulp brightness and kappa number. GC and FTIR observations indicated that enzyme treatment led to improve leaching of the lignin carbohydrate complexes (LCC) from the pulp fibres thus promoting the bleachability of the pulp in the subsequent chemical bleaching sequence,e. g. hydrogen peroxide bleaching.
