【摘要】 Ｂａｃａｔｉｎ－Ⅲ在紫杉醇化学研究中占有重要位置，其结构主要由波谱解析法推导和鉴定的。但文献中Ｂａｃａｔｉｎ－Ⅲ的氢谱和碳谱的各峰归属上存在不少矛盾，给紫杉醇化学研究带来问题。为此，我们测定了ｂａｃｃａｔｉｎ－Ⅲ的高分辨１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ，１３Ｃ－ＮＭＲ，ＤＥＰＴ，１Ｈ－１ＨＤＱＣＯＳＹ，１Ｈ－１３ＣＨＥＴＣＯＲ和ＨＭＢＣＮＭＲ各谱，并据此对ｂａｃａｔｉｎ－Ⅲ的１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ和１３Ｃ－ＮＭＲ的各信号峰作了归属。更多还原

【Abstract】 Baccatin Ⅲ is an important precursor in the chemistry of taxol. The structural determination of baccatin Ⅲ was mainly based on the analysis of its 1H and 13 C NMR spectral data. Unfortunately, the assignments for its 1H and 13 C NMR signals showed several contradictions and were not complete. Thus, Baccatin Ⅲ′s 1H and 13 C NMR,DEPT, 1H 1H DQCOSY, 1H 13 C HETCOR and HMBC NMR spectra were measured, and the assignments for its 1H and 13 C NMR signals were based on the analysis of these spectral data,and confirmed by its 1H 1H DQCOSY, 1H 13 C HETCOR and HMBC spectral data.更多还原
