【摘要】 用临床分离到的鸭疫巴氏杆菌与大肠杆菌制成二联灭活苗，并加入免疫调节剂左旋咪唑。经实验室与野外扩大试验证实，该疫苗具有确实的预防效果。在免疫１０天后，雏鸭即可产生坚强的免疫力，攻毒保护率达１００％。野外试验可明显降低鸭疫巴氏杆菌与大肠杆菌感染造成的死亡更多还原

【Abstract】 The bivalent vaccine was developed by inactivated wild Pasteurella anatipestifer and E. coli mixing with Levamisole.The results from the laboratory and field test provde that the vaccine was an effective one.An enhanced immunity of ducklings could be obtained 10 days after vaccination and the protect rate was 100% after challenged with the virulent strains.The field test showed that the mortality of duckings infected by Pasteurella anatipestifer and E. coli was declined after vaccination.更多还原
