【摘要】 本文从预蹲技术原理和影响其技术效果的主要因素为依据，运用生物力学原理论证，探讨研究预蹲技术的方法和途径，以期提高预蹲的制动效果。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the technical principle of preliminary dip and the major factors which influ-encen its technical resrlts,the article proved and studied the methods of preliminary dip tehc-nique by using biomechanical principle aimming at improving its results.
