气体辅助注射成型充模流动模拟
A Numerical Simulation for Mould Filling in Gas Assisted Injection Moulding
【摘要】 本文建立了描述气体辅助注射成型充模流动过程的数学模型,并采用有限元/有限差分混合算法进行数值求解,在对移动边界的处理上采用控制体积法对充模过程中的两类移动边界:熔体前沿、熔体-气体边界进行跟踪,从而实现气体辅助注射成型充模过程的数值模拟。通过对一平板带厚筋结构进行数值分析验证了本文给出的理论算法及软件的可靠性。
【Abstract】 A mathematical model of melt filling process in gas assisted injection mouldingwas established and the equations were resolved by means of finite-element and finite-difference methods. A control volume approach was applied to trace the moving bandary, i. e. melt front and melt-gas interface, so that numerical simulation of melt filling process in gas assisted injection moulding Was realiged. The theocetical algorithm and reliability are proved by analgying Structune of a plane with rib.
