【Abstract】 Synergistic effect, one of the specific properties of combination tannage in leather making is related to the order of the tanning agents used. In this paper, it was shown that in tannage of several metals combined with vegetable tanning agents the hydrothermal stabilities are different with tanning order of the tanning agents added. It results from the formation of some effective constructions between tanning agents and collagen, which reduce to the synergistic effect.更多还原
