【Abstract】 To observe the effects of acupuncture in treatment of patients withoptic atrophy and the change of their electrophysiology. METHODS: Thirty six patients (63 eyes) with optic atrophy were treated with acupuncture. The acuity and flash visual evoked Potential(FVEP) before and after treatment were compared. RESULTS: The visual acuity of fouty-six eyes(73.0%) of 63 eyes was improved. The average amplitude of FVEP increased (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: Acupuncture can be used in treatment of optic atrophy.更多还原
