【摘要】 为寻找去除头发外污染砷的有效洗涤方法，了解燃煤地区成人发砷的分布，用０．２５ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ浸泡发样４小时，头发外污染砷的洗脱率为９９．６％，是较好的洗涤方法；成人发砷值呈正偏态分布，在计算平均值时应当使用几何均数或中位数；成人发砷值随环境砷暴露量增加而升高，能较好反映人群摄砷水平；成人发砷值在性别间无显著性差异，为取样方便，建议用男性发砷值作为群体可能接触砷的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sanitary and Anti-epidemic Station of Guizhou,Guiyang,550004 The aim of this presentation is to search for washing method which can eliminate efficiently the polluted arsenic outside the hair and understand the distribution of adult hair arsenic in burning coal district.It was found that if hairs were steeped in 0.25 mol/L NaOH for 3 hours,the elimination rate of the polluted arsenic outside hairs would be 99.6%,so it was a good washing method;adult hair arsenic data were positive skewness distribution,and calculating average should use geometric mean or median; adult hair arsenic increaseed with arsenic exposure in environment ,and was recognized as a good indicator of As intake in population there was no significant difference in adult hair arsenic level between sex,and we suggested that target population should be men for hair arsenic determination更多还原
