L-精氨酸、牛磺酸对大鼠血管损伤后血管平滑肌细胞增生的影响
Effects of L -arginine and taurine on VSMC proliferation after the vascular injury of rat
【摘要】 在大鼠血管内皮剥脱模型上,观察了L-精氨酸、牛磺酸及L-精氨酸+牛磺酸对血管损伤诱导的血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增生的影响。结果发现,内皮剥脱可致VSMC增生、内膜增厚;应用L-精氨酸、牛磺酸及L-精氨酸+牛磺酸治疗后,剥脱组VSMC增生明显受抑制,且L-精氨酸+牛磺酸对VSMC的抑制效应强于单纯应用L-精氨酸或牛磺酸组;L-精氨酸及L-精氨酸+牛磺酸治疗后,血管对乙酰胆碱(Ach)的内皮依赖性舒张,血管cGMP含量明显升高,然而L-精氨酸+牛磺酸组血管对Ach的内皮依赖性舒张性反应和cGMP含量的增加与单纯L-精氨酸组的差异无显著,这些结果说明 L-精氨酸和牛磺酸可能是通过增加NO含量和调整钙稳态等不同机制抑制VSMC增生。
【Abstract】 Effects of L -arginine, taurine and L-arginine + taurine on injury - induced VSMC (vascular smooth muscle cells) proliferation were investigated in the rat vessel de - endothelium model. The results showed that de - endothelium induced VSMC proliferation, intimal thichening; VSMC proliferation was significantly inhibited by L-arginine, taurine and L -arginine + taurine. However, inhibitory effect of L - arginine + taurine was stronger than L -arginine or taurine alone. L -arginine and L-arginine + taurine increased endothelium-dependent relaxation of vessels to acetylcholine and cGMP content in the denuded group, but increased endothelium - dependent relaxation and cGMP content in the L-arginine + taurine group was significantly different with L-arginine group. These findings indicated that L-arginine and taurine may inhibit VSMC proliferation by the different mechanisms of increased NO content and regulated calcium homeostasis etc.
