【摘要】 对90岁以上36例长寿老人的血脂、脂蛋白和载脂蛋白进行了测定,并与陈旧性心肌梗塞（OMI）和成人组对比。结果显示:与OMI组比较,长寿老人血清HDL—c/TC、HDL—c/LDL—c和ApoA₁/ApoB₁₀₀比率明显高于OMI,而TC、T G、LDL—c、VLDL—c、ApoB₁₀₀和ApoA₁明显低于OMI,HDL—c在两组间无显著性差异;与成人组比较,长寿老人血清TG,VLDL—c、Ap0A₁/ApoB₁₀₀明显高于成人组。而ApoB₁₀₀、ApoA₁、HDL—c显著低于成人组,TC,LDL—c水平、HDL—c/TC、HDL—c/LDL—c在两组间无显著性差异。对各检测指标进行多元逐步回归分析,ApoB₁₀₀和ApoA₁/ApoB₁₀₀对长寿与否作用最大。作者认为:长寿老人的血脂、脂蛋白代谢内在平衡是协调的;血清ApoB₁₀₀水平低和ApoA₁/ApoB₁₀₀比值高可做为国人长寿的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The levels of serum lipids, lipoproteins and apoproteins were determined in 36 age over 90 year long-living people, 43 patients with old myocardial infarction （OMI） and 56 normal subjects of the age 40 to 64 years old. The resutts showed that: the ratioes of HDL-c/TC, HDL-c/LDL-c and ApoA₁/ApoB₁₀₀ of the long-living people were higher than that of the patients with OMI; the levels of TC, TG, LDL-c, VLDL-c, ApoB₁₀₀ and ApoA₁ in longevity group were lower than that of OMI group; no significant difference of HDL-c level was found between longevity and OMI group. Compared with normal group, the serum concentration of ApoA₁/ApoB₁₀₀ ratio, TG and VLDL-c in the long-living group were obviously higher, and the serum concentration of ApoB₁₀₀, ApoA₁ and HDL-c significantly lower. No significant differences were found in the levels of TC, LDL-c, and in the ratioes of HDL-c/TC and HDL-c/LDL-c between longevity and normal group. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the serum ApoB₁₀₀ concentration and ApoA₁/ApoB₁₀₀ ratio was the most important factor of longevity. It was suggested that the internal balance of serum lipids and lipoprotein metabolism in long-living people was good co-ordination, and the lower ApoB₁₀₀ level and higher ApoA₁/ApoB₁₀₀ ratio were probably parameters of longevity.更多还原
