【摘要】 1994年3月 -1996年1月 ,联合国亚太经社会与中国国家禁毒委员会合作 ,在云南省瑞丽市开展中缅边境地区减少毒品需求和HIV/AIDS预防项目。项目选择四个村寨进行试点工作。两年的预防活动结束后 ,评估研究显示 :项目村寨药物滥用的发病率减少 ,HIV感染者发病率降低。提高了靶对象对药物滥用和HIV/AIDS的预防知识的认识 ,转变了靶对象对药物滥用者和HIV感染者的不正确认识 ,促进了靶对象的健康生活模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese-Myanmar cross-border drug demand reduction and HIV/AIDS prevention project implemented by the National Narcotics Control Commission(NNCC) of china and Economic and Social commission of Asia and Pacific (ESCAP) was carried out in Ruili (1994-1996),Yunnan Province. After the Project Implementation Team (PIT) of China selected four villages as the target communities,the project gets under way.The evaluation result after two years showed that (1) It has reduced the incidence of drug abuse and relapses in the target community;(2) It has checked the spread of HIV /AIDS and awareness of prevention; (3)It has increased the target sub-jects knowledge of the dangers of drug abuse and HIV /AIDS and awareness of prevention; (4)It has change the negative attitude of the target subjects towards drug users and HIV positive; (5)It has brought a healthy lifestyle to the target subjects; (6)It has to certain extent changed the target subjects’ habits that are harmful to their health.更多还原
