【摘要】 环境规划必须从研究人类经济开发对环境造成的影响和环境条件对经济开发的制约入手。本研究把整个澜沧江流域作为一个人类———环境———经济系统，应用遥感技术和最新遥感信息源，遵循整体性原则、定性和定量分析相结合的原则、开放性原则和分解协调原则，确定了六大环境问题。今后资源开发中，规划区面临环境污染与生态破坏两大挑战。结合脱贫致富工程，划分三个一级环境区和六个二级环境亚区，强化环境管理，建设生态农业，推行清洁生产，合理利用资源，实施可持续发展战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 To make the environmental planning,We Should start with the research of environmental impact caused by the economic activities and economic development restricted by the environment.Adhering to the integrity principle,qualitative and quantitative analysis principle,open principle and the coordination principle,this research regarded the whote LangCang river Basin as a human-environment-economy system and diagnosed six main environmental problems by wsing the latest remote sensing technipues and the newest information sources.With the resource exploitation,this azea will meet two challenges,the environmental pollution and ecological damage.The sustainable development strategy will be carried out by dividing it into three environmental areas and six environmental subareas,strengthening the environmental management,constructing the eco-agriculture,implementing the clean process and using the resource rationally.更多还原
