用于TCF漂白的低卡伯值纸浆的实验室研制
The Preparation of Low Kappa No. Eucalyptus Kraft Pulp at Laboratory for TCF Bleaching
【摘要】 研究了在实验室条件下,通过优化硫酸盐法蒸煮的工艺条件,对兰桉进行深度脱木素.结果表明,在如下工艺条件下(蒸煮温度为160℃,保温时间4h,用碱量20%,硫化度20%,液比(1:6))进行蒸煮,脱木素的选择性提高,可制得Kappa值低(14.5),粘度高(1195dm3/kg)的纸浆.
【Abstract】 The exnteded dilignification of Eucalyptus chips was studied at experimental conditions througth optimization of technological conditions of Kraft cooking. The research results shown, the selectivity of delignification was improved on the following technical conditions: (cooking temprature 160℃, the time at temprature 4h, activate alkali 20%(NaOH basis), liquor(1:6)). The lower kappa number (14.5), higher viscosity (1195dm 3/kg)Kraft pulp was obtained.
