孔雀菊组织培养快速繁殖研究
The Reseach of Rapid Propagation by Tissue Culture of Aster ericoidus
【摘要】 孔雀菊(Asterericoidus)的花蕾、叶片、茎段(带腋芽)为外植体都可诱导产生新的植株.增殖试验研究,在只含有细胞分裂素(BA、1~2mg·L-1)的增殖培养基中有较高的增殖率,在既含有细胞分裂素,又含有生长素(NAA、0.05~0.1mg·L-1)的培养基中增殖率较低,但在后种培养基中产生的苗比前者的健壮.孔雀菊对于生根的要求不严格,在MS培养基上即可生根,但所需时间较长,而在含一定量的生长素(NAA、0.1mg·L-1)的生根培养基中植株生根时间较短.本文推荐了可用于生产的经济、实惠的增殖培养基及生根培养基
【Abstract】 Alabastrum stem tip leaf and stem segment with axillary bud can be induced to form shoots. The multiplication rate is higher in the multiplication medium added BA(1~2mg/L) than that of the medium added BA and NAA(0.05~0.1mg/L).But the shoots are more strength in the later medium. MS basic medium can induce ofrmation of root,but formtion medium added appropriate amount of auxin(0.1mg/L) can shoten the required time for rooting and make the shoots more strengthen.
