昆明山海棠对小鼠免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 选用昆明山海棠乙醇提取物TH590和TH595对小鼠灌胃，以观察TH590和TH595对小鼠免疫功能的影响。通过碳粒廓清试验、血清溶血素测定及迟发超敏反应提示，上述两种昆明山海棠提取物对小鼠非特异性免疫、特异性体液免疫和细胞免疫功能均无明显抑制。

【Abstract】 This experiment used the ethend ex-tract TH590 and TH595 of Triptergium hypoglaucm (Levl. ) Hutch to perfuse the mice, for observing the influence of TH590 and TH595 on immunological function of mice. The results showed that the TH,90 and TH595 had no influence on the nonspecif-ic immunological function and specific humoral im-munological and cell immunological function of mice by carbon clearance test, hemolysin test and DTHtest.
