【摘要】 该工艺采用具有固定床的坚式旋风炭化炉，利用稻壳自身热解产物燃烧放热直接加热稻壳使其炭化，不需外加燃料；热解产物完全燃烧后火焰温度可达1400℃以上，可用于锅炉生产蒸气或直接引入工业窑炉取代燃煤；炭化炉内呈还原性气氛，产品固定碳含量高，炉内无机械搅动，产品颗粒整齐；出炉产品采用连续风冷，产品不含水分；连续机械化生产、生产率高，劳动强度低；采用二次助燃风和除尘器将烟气中的可燃成分与微小碳粒烧掉、烟囱出口烟气颜色为林格曼一级（无色透明），尘浓小于200mg／m3达到环保要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In a cyclone carbonization furnace, the rice husk is carbonized by its pyrolysis gas combustion without other additive fuels, and the flame temperature can rise up to 1400℃. A reductive atmosphere exists in the carbonization furnace. Without mechanic stirring, the particles of product are uniform.
