用 DTA 方法研究 Li2O·Al2O3·4SiO2 微晶玻璃的晶化

【摘要】 为了以天然锂辉石为原料制备具有低膨胀性能的微晶玻璃,引入MgO、ZnO、B2O3以降低熔制温度,引入TiO2作为晶核剂。用DTA方法研究了Li2O·Al2O3·4SiO2系玻璃三种组成的晶化特性,结果表明,引入MgO、ZnO、B2O3后使玻璃的Tg温度下降,同时降低了玻璃的析晶活化能。用Ozawa方程计算了Avrami参数,证明TiO2使玻璃整体析晶。

【Abstract】 For the preparation of low expansion coefficient glass ceramic derived from natural Spodumene(Li 2O·Al 2O 3·4SiO 2),MgO,ZnO,B 2O 3 were used to decrease the melting temperature and TiO 2 was used as nucleating agent.Crystallization behavior of the three glasses in the system were investigated by DTA.The results showed that MgO,ZnO and B 2O 3 decreased the T g and the activation energy.The computation of the Avrami parameter conformed the effect of TiO 2 as bulk crystallization agent while the initial glass and the glasses with the addition of MgO,ZnO,B 2O 3 were surface crystallization dominated.
