镍系新催化剂合成顺丁橡胶的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF BUTADIENE POLYMERIZATION WITH A NEW NICKEL CATALYST SYSTEM
【摘要】 研究了Ni(naph)2-Al(i-Bu)3-(BF3·OEt2+ROH)体系催化丁二烯聚合的特点,考查了ROH/B摩尔比、Al/Ni摩尔比、Ni/Bd摩尔比、Al/B摩尔比等反应条件对聚合活性及聚合产物分子量的影响。实验结果表明,该体系中ROH的加入不仅保持了体系较高的聚合活性,而且大大提高了聚合物分子量,ROH/B=1为最佳值。Al/Ni比、Ni/Bd比的变化对聚合活性和聚合物分子量影响不大,Al/B比的变化对聚合活性和聚合物分子量影响显著。
【Abstract】 he behaviour of butadiene polymerization with Ni(naph)2(Ni)-Al(i-Bu)3(Al)-BF3·OEt2(B) +ROH catalyst system was investigated.The effects of polymerization conditions on the catalytic activity and the molecular weight were also examined.It revealed that the high-activity-range of Al/B mole ratio was widen and the molecular weight could be increased effectively with ROH as the fourth composition.The optimum ROH/B mole ratio of the new nickel catalyst system was 1.The results showed that the catalytic activity and the molecular weight were greatly influenced with Al/B mole ratio changing, while they were little influenced with Al/Ni、Ni/Bd mole ratio.
