铁路运输系统科技进步评价方法的选择

【摘要】 针对铁路运输系统科技进步的评价方法的合理选择问题进行了探讨分析,提出应用科技进步速度来评价科技进步的水平,同时提出了该方法中采用指标法的指标体系结构及建立原则。

【Abstract】 The research and analysis have been done on the issue of the reasonable selection for the evaluation method on the science and technology progress of the railway transportation system. At the same time the paper suggests that the target structure system should be adopted for the method and rules should be worked out as well.
