【摘要】 为了解ＤＦ－５２１治疗突发性聋的疗效，采用ＤＦ－５２１静脉滴注治疗了３３例，有效率为７２．７３％。讨论了ＤＦ－５２１的药理作用，并分析影响突聋预后的主要因素：当前庭功能受损时，其预后较差；初诊听力曲线类型不同，预后亦不尽相同。当镫骨肌反射正常时，听力恢复较好，表明镫骨肌反射有助于对突聋预后的评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty three patients with sudden deafness were treated with intraverous transfusion of DF 521.The effective rate was 72.73%.It was found that the main fators related with prognosis included the vestibular status of the affected ear,the type of primary audiogram and acoustic stapedial reflex.The pharmacological mechanism of DF 521 was discussed.更多还原
