应用化学发光自显影技术检测甲型肝炎病毒和人IgM
Application of Chemiluminescent Photographic Detection in Identification of HAV and Human IgM
【摘要】 运用化学发光自显影技术和化学发光酶免疫分析法,可检出15.60pg辣根过氧化物酶;在甲型肝炎病毒和人IgM的免疫测定中,检出限分别为1:128(滴度)和6.4×104(人标准血清稀释倍数),较酶连接免疫吸附测定比色法灵敏4~8倍。
【Abstract】 Using chemiluminescent photographic detection and chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay,we detected 15.60pg HRP;and in immunoassays for HAV and human IgM, its detection limit was 1:128 (titer) and 6.4×104 (dilution of normal human serum) respectively, which was 4~8 times more sensitive than ELISA with colorimetry
