碱性离子水乳化三油酸甘油酯及胆固醇的试验研究

【摘要】 为检验碱性离子水对血脂的影响,我们对碱性离子水乳化三油酸甘油酯及胆固醇进行试验,并以自来水及与碱性离子水pH值相同的碱性自来水为对照。结果表明,碱性离子水乳化三油酸甘油酯和胆固醇的情况依次好于碱性自来水和自来水。

【Abstract】 In order to examine the effect of basic ion water on blood lipids emulsification of triacyl-glerol and cholesterol the basic ion water was tested. The test was controlled by running water and basic running water which had the same pH value as the basic ion water. The results showed that the emulsification of triacylglerol and cholesterol by basic ion water was better than that of basic running water and much better than that of running water.
