镍、铬、铝交联蒙脱土催化剂的组成对1,2,3,5-四甲苯转化的影响

【摘要】 本文首次合成出一类未见报道的三元金属复合柱交联蒙脱土催化剂(Ni-Cr-Al-CLM)。通过镍、铬的改变来调变催化剂的表面酸性与孔结构。用x-射线粉末衍射、吡啶吸附红外光谱测定催化剂的层间距及表面酸类型,并对催化剂中柱化液的Al3+、Cr3+、Ni2+离子的配比,Al/Clay比与反应活性相关联,确定了催化剂的最佳组成:Al/Ni+Cr=2.0(摩尔比);Ni/Cr=3/1及Ni/Cr=1/1;Al/Clay=3.0(毫摩尔/克)。

【Abstract】 A kind of solid catalyst of hydroxy NiCrAl pillared clays was prepared for the first time.Surface acidity and pore structure were adjusted by means of changing Ni/Cr ratios.Basal spacing and types of surface acid were determined with x ray power differaction and IR spectra of adsorbed pyridine.When diffrent pillaring solution Al 3+ 、Cr 3+ 、Ni 3+ Cations ratio in pillaring solution and Al/clay are associated with reactive activity,the optima composition are determined as follows:Al/Ni+Cr=2.0(mol ratio),Ni/Cr=3/1 or Ni/Cr=1/1,Al/Clay=3.0(mmol/g).
