【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the course of development of overseas urban drainage systems and exhibits their new achievement.Through the comparison of the differernce between domestic and overseas drainage systems the authors put forward some suggestions.It is suggested that the policy be adjusted to increase investment largely and expedite development,to introduce new conception about stormwater management in our urban drainage planning,to improve efficiency of our urban drainage systems,to create conditions for revising our design codes and to develop computer models for Chinese urban stormwater management.Then it is expected that our urban drainage engineering will have a bright future.更多还原
