试论城市土地利用的替代原理
【摘要】 阐述了应用土地利用的替代原理来改变土地用途、协调城市土地利用的结构和布局,以实现土地从低收益用途向高收益用途的转变。
【Abstract】 This article explains how to apply the substitution principle of land utilization to change land use,and adjust structure and layout of land utilized so as to realize to transfer low land benefit into higher’s.
