提高炉用ZGOCr23Ni13钢构件使用寿命的研究
Study of Longthing Service Life of Hot Strength Steel ZGOCr23Ni13 or Anneal Furnace Components
【摘要】 经(Al+siCa合金十REMg合金)复合变质处理、固深处理或锻造加固溶处理,能提高退火炉构件用ZGOCr23Ni13热强钢的纯净度,改善夹杂物形态和分布,消除铸态组织中的网状脆性相,有利于提高钢的韧性,从而提高了炉用构件的使用寿命.
【Abstract】 Furnace components for anneal is made of ZGoC23Ni13 bot strength steel. After compound inocula-tion (Al+SiCa alloy+REMg alloy),solution heat treating or forging and solution heat treating,the purity is raisedand the shape and distribution of impurities are much improved,the net embtittlement phases in cast matrix are elimi-nated. This operation provides for the best combination of toughness and long service life of the steel.
